Sunday Services 15 May
Join with us on Sunday at our 9am or 11am service. We're looking forward to being together and spending time worshipping God and opening the Bible together. In the 9am service we will be celebrating with Alice and Ryan who are taking the next step in their faith journey and being baptised.

This week Bevan Burgess continues with our teaching series: The Revelation of Jesus Christ and is sharing from the text Revelation 2:1-17. We're looking forward to hearing what he has to share and discovering what God will teach us from His word that will equip us to grow and stand firm in our faith.

We'll be thrilled to welcome you!

Our 11am service will be livestreamed on links below:

Staff Position Available - Administrator
While, Lilee, our RCC Administrator is on maternity leave we're looking for someone to fill the administrator role. This is a key role in the life of RCC and a chance to have a significant influence in RCC's operations. Role will start in late June and is 20 hours a week. If you have admin experience and want to work in a fun workplace that values our RCC vision then contact Kath ( or reply to this email for more info. Applications close 16 May.

Panorama Workshop Sat 21 May
We are excited about the upcoming Panorama Workshop with Brad Carr. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase our understanding of the Bible - how the stories and pieces fit together - and this can equip us to stand firm in our faith. Understanding the big picture of the Bible helps us to see the world from a Biblical perspective and this can help us when we're thinking through tough issues. We really value Bible literacy and the role it can play in building faith and hope in Jesus.

The workshop runs from 9am-3pm. Cost is $30 for adults and $15 for students and includes lunch. We are subsiding the usual price of $49. If cost is an issue, please talk with us - we want everyone who wants to come to be able to come.

Click here to register. Registrations close Thursday 19 May.

Pray for Alpha
Our Alpha Course has now begun! Please keep Alpha in your prayers. It may be a pivotal point in someone's faith journey and we're covering all aspects of our Alpha course in prayer. We're praying that people will come to know God more. Praise points: we are thankful that the dinner and first session went well and that the team created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Pray that there will be no barriers for people to come to the session on Monday night, and that the discussion will be open and honest.

Youth Leaders and Young Adult Leaders Retreat
This weekend 35 of our Youth and Young Adult leaders are on a leadership retreat in Hanmer Springs. They will be talking about creating counter-cultural communities and asking God for dreams and visions on how to do this. Please pray that God will inspire them with great new ideas and that they would come together as a team ready to impart to their groups for the rest of the year.
